With a limited budget and a tight timeline, the challenge was to visually capture Saskatchewan’s cultural ecosystem in a way that felt both broad and inclusive. I developed an abstract illustration style that could represent a wide range of cultural initiatives without relying on literal depictions. By combining my own illustrations with AI-assisted tools, I was able to rapidly explore visual directions and deliver the final work within an extremely compressed schedule. The open-ended nature of the visuals allowed multiple communities and cultural experiences to see themselves reflected in the work, while also creating a flexible system that could be executed quickly under the time constraints.
